Responsibilities:

Agents: To Promote & Sell our Gifts and Goods 1) To advertise, promote and process sales of Heaven Sent gifts and goods. 2) To sell our products, sending Orders/Payments through to Area Representatives within the time frame from ordering and receiving. 3) To ensure clear Ordering and Delivery of those orders to customers. 4) Report regularly to Area Representative on status and sales.

Heaven Sent will provide:

Website: From which to work regarding Prices, Online Ordering, and promotion.
Company Email address.
Advertising materials:; i.e. Posters. Business Cards, Brochures.
Initial Sample goods for display Only! These should not be sold or parted with in any way and remain the property of Heaven Sent.

Orders should be placed via Online Shop or Agents Order Form. Goods will be supplied within 7 days of receipt of order. (Allowing for packaging and distribution)

Supply to the Customer should be within 14 days of their placing order.
Payment from Customers should be collected upon Supply and forwarded to the Company within 72 hours.
Payment for Commissioned goods is prior to order i.e. large orders of $200 + & All Paintings.

Termination of Agreement:

Termination of agreement will be immediate upon any mishandling of or misrepresentation by Heaven Sent Reps.
Agreed Termination will be accepted with 4 weeks notice and upon completion of outstanding orders if for any reason the Agent wishes to leave the Company.
