Below is a basic outline of our Representatives Position Decription.

    Employment Status:

    Self Employed: Reviewed after 6 months, 12 months and 18 months. If sales target met consistently, a view to Contracted Service status considered.

    Remuneration: Commissions Only, initially, while Self Employed at a rate of % of sales. (% disccused at interview)
    Upon review and Employed Status salary/wages will be agreed upon.

    NZ and UK Offices. Ms Julie Simpson (NZ)
    Mr. Bryan Wall ( UK)

    Responsibilities:

    Representatives have a two fold position,

  • 1) To advertise, promote and process sales of Heaven Sent gifts and goods.
  • 2) To enlist and monitor Sales Agents operating within their area for same.
  • 3) To sell our products, sending payments through t o HQ within the time frame from ordering and receiving.
  • 4) To ensure clear Ordering and Delivery of those orders to customers.
  • 5) Report regularly to Management and status and sales.

    • Heaven Sent will provide:

    Website: From which to work regarding Prices, Online Ordering, and promotion.
    Company Email address.
    Advertising materials:; i.e. Posters. Business Cards, Brochures.
    Initial Sample goods for display Only! These should not be sold or parted with in any way and remain the property of Heaven Sent.

    Orders should be placed via Online Shop or Reps Order Form. Goods will be supplied within 14 days of receipt of order.
    (Allowing for packaging and distribution)

    Supply to the Client should be within 28 days of their placing order.
    Payment from Customers should be collected upon Supply and forwarded to the Company within 72 hours.
    Payment for Commissioned goods is prior to order i.e. large orders of $200 + & All Paintings.

    Termination of Agreement:

    Termination of agreement will be immediate upon any mishandling of or misrepresentation by Heaven Sent Reps.

    Agreed Termination will be accepted with 4 weeks notice and upon completion of outstanding orders if for any reason the Representative wishes to leave the Company
